Prior to Pradipta, he spent over 7+ years at start-ups & e-commerce, including managing marketing teams from offline to digital across retail and agency side. He got his start in marketing as a digital marketer. He's deeply passionate about growing Pradipta a great agency in the industry. Deri also loves playing basketball on Sundays and taking pictures with his old camera.
